Once you have completed a registration you'll be offered a free two day training course which is designed to effectively support your organisation in achieving The Standard. These courses have been designed and run by our Licensed Assessors who will clearly explain the assessment process and be on hand to answer any questions.

There are two options available either paper based where you can download application forms Part A and Part B from the download library or use the online application tool which we have designed in order to help you to submit the strongest possible application. Work on your application together using collective evidence as well as storing key documents in a central and secure location. Post application your organisation will be able to review areas of improvement and celebrate best practice.
Your application is reviewed and scored. At this stage the Assessor identifies possible strengths and areas for improvement.
Your organisation will be visited and the claims made in your application will be tested by talking to staff at all levels and reviews the workings of your organisation.
If your verification visit suggests that your organisation may be in line for certification then your organisations customers are surveyed by telephone with a focus on their willingness to recommend the organisations services with a focus on their willingness to recommend the organisations services
The outcome of assessment, verification and validation and the assessors team's recommendations are independently reviewed to make ensure that the process has been conducted properly.
The lead assessor visits your organisation and feeds back the findings of the assessment including key strengths and areas for improvement
